As directed by SpectraGuard Technical Support, (for example, when installing a new library, a drive new to your library, or a drive generation new to your library) install on the host system the software that lets the system handle device communications. These include:

Spectra 2K, 20K, and 64K iSCSI libraries: Windows 2000 RSM

Spectra 2K, 10K, 20K, 64K libraries: AIT

Spectra T120 and T950 libraries: LTO (IBM)

Spectra T950 library: SDLT (Quantum)

Spectra T120 and T950 libraries: SAIT (Sony)
